Brazilian Forward Richarlison has raised eyebrows in his time at Goodison Park with the player being a fundamental part of Everton’s attack in past seasons. The 25-year-old scored 13 goals along with creating 5 assists in all competition and bagged 48 goals during his time in Mersey Side. However, reports recently have suggested the player may get a move away from Frank Lampard's side.
Tottenham Hotspur is the leading club for the Everton star and are keen to add quality to all areas of the squad with the attack being one of them this summer. There have been no bids from anyone yet but sources close to Blues strongly believe the deal will happen. Spurs will NOT overpay for Richarlison and will only do it at the right price for them as they have other options too. Everton want more than the reported £60M fee being mentioned however the Toffee’s may have to settle for that or even less as the club becomes more desperate for funds to help improve on an abysmal 20/21 campaign. The deal is definitely moving in the right direction with Tottenham boss Antonio Conte wanting at least four more signings after Yves Bissouma (Richarlison being one of them) According to the times!
Arsenal are also keeping an eye on the Richarlson situation at Everton and have sounded out his representatives in recent weeks. Edu Gaspar hopes to use his Brazilian contacts to aid him in his efforts to sign the Brazilian international however he isn’t the priority for the gunners with all focus on Gabriel Jesus as the number 1 striker target.
